Poll: Governor Uzodimma wins in all Imo local government areas

The candidate of the All Progressives Congress for Saturday’s governorship election in Imo State, Hope Uzodimma, has won in all 27 local government areas of the state.

Though there were 18 candidates for the election, the incumbent recorded a massive victory in all the LGAs.

The collation of results by the Independent National Electoral Commission commenced at the State Collation Centre started around 2.30am on Sunday in Owerri, the state capital.

The Vice Chancellor of the Federal University, Oye Ekiti, Prof. Abayomi Fashina, is serving as the Returning Officer for the election.
