Rufai Oseni speaks on reported suspension from Arise News Channel

ARISE News Channel’s ‘The Morning Show’ anchor, Rufai Oseni, has dismissed reports alleging that he was suspended from the international TV station,.
He described the report as false and misleading.
Oseni debunked the rumour in a post he shared on his verified Facebook page on Wednesday, describing the news as ‘APC Propaganda’.
“Rufai Oseni suspended by ARISE News? Lies, APC Propaganda,” he wrote.
Providing clarity on his current whereabouts, the broadcaster stated that he is presently in Berlin, Germany, attending conferences, noting that he was also scheduled to appear at the German Parliament and set to bring take-away of the trip back to Nigeria.
“Rufai Oseni is at the moment, in Berlin Germany attending conferences. He is appearing at the German Parliament; the Bundestag (The Federal Diet) in the Reichstag building in Berlin; a bicameral legislature representing the German people well. Perhaps, Mr. Oseni will bring back a few decent things from Germany for our thieving and incompetent politicians in Nigeria to learn from,” he added.
The rumour, which circulated widely on social media, was attributed to a post by High Chief Lawrence Igbins Okoro.
It claimed that Oseni had been suspended following an alleged disagreement with a superior during which he reportedly banged his fist on a table.
Rufai Oseni is a member of a three-person team of anchors of the popular ‘The Morning’ breakfast show on ARISE News Channel.
His fiery style and sometimes combative approach in interviewing guests have often been a subject of debate.
