Hold your rally in Lagos, but don’t converge on Lekki Toll Gate, court tells Peter Obi supporters

The Federal High Court sitting in Lagos has ruled that the Labour Party(LP) and its supporters can hold their rally in Lagos State.

However, the judge directed that the supporters should not converge on the Lekki toll gate.

According to the court, the supporters of the Labour Party can pass through the Toll-Gate for its rally but must not converge on the facility.

Recall that the #ObiDatti rally is scheduled to hold on October 1, 2022.

Justice Daniel Osiagor made the order on Wednesday.

The judge directed the Inspector-General of Police and the Lagos State Police Commissioner to ensure compliance with the order.
