APC cancels Saturday’s governorship primary election, announces fresh poll
The Governor of Cross River State, Senator Bassey Otu, who is the new chairman of Edo State All Progressives Congress governorship direct primary election, has said fresh shadow poll will be conducted in the 192 wards across the 18 local government areas of the state.
Otu, who addressed reporters at Lushville Hotel and Suites, in Benin, explained that the last Saturday’s controversial primary election had been cancelled.
