Brotherhood, Anikulapo, Gangs of Lagos, others nominated for 2023 AMAA Awards [Full List]

The board of the Africa Film Academy (AFA), the organisers of the Africa Movie Academy Awards, AMAA, have announced the nominees for the 19th edition of the continental awards ceremony.

The 2023 AMA Awards will be celebrating outstanding achievements in African cinema across 26 categories.

One of the highly anticipated categories is “Award for Best Nigerian Film,” which includes films like “Gangs of Lagos,” “Brotherhood,” “Anikulapo,” “Mami Wata,” “4-4-44 (Four Four Forty-Four),” “L.I.F.E,” and “The Trade.”
