Cook-a-thon: Benue chef gets state government’s support, ‘four virgins’

Chef Tartenger Victor, also known as Chef Naira Victor, is set to make history as he strives to break the Guinness World Record for the longest cooking marathon by an individual.

IDOMA VOICE reports that Chef Victor had showcased remarkable culinary endurance, now surpassing 93 hours in the kitchen.

This leaves him with just 44 hours to achieve his record-breaking goal.

During his marathon cooking session, he has prepared over 70 different cuisines, spanning both local and international dishes.

On Friday, the state governor, Hyacinth Alia, along with some political leaders from the state, visited Tiger Bar Makurdi to show their support and cheer on the young chef towards victory.

Similarly, popular skit maker, Omo Benue stormed the venue with ‘four virgins’ to support the chef.
