CRAN mourns loss of Tunde, CP Disu’s son
The Crime Reporters Association of Nigeria has expressed sadness over the death of son of the Commissioner of Police, FCT Police Command, CP Olatunji Disu.
In a statement by CRAN President, Olalekan Olabulo, the association offer its condolences to the CP in “this moment of unspeakable sorrow.”
The statement reads in full, “The Crime Reporters Association of Nigeria, CRAN, is deeply saddened to learn of the passing of the son of the Commissioner of Police, FCT Police Command, CP Olatunji Disu.
“Our hearts go out to the Disu family during this incredibly difficult period.
“We can only imagine the excruciating pain and overwhelming grief that CP Disu and his family must be enduring, because the loss of a child is a wound that can never be fully healed.
“As an association, we are aware that CP Disu, a compassionate senior cop, has always stood by people in their trying times, offering a listening ear, comforting words, and a helping hand. He has been a pillar of strength to many, and now, we want him to know that our thoughts and prayers are with him and his family, as they navigate this difficult and painful phase.
“We pray that God grants CP Disu and his family the strength to bear this irreparable loss. May they find comfort in the knowledge that they are not alone in their grief.
“In this moment of unspeakable sorrow, we urge all Nigerians to join us in offering our deepest condolences to CP Disu and his family. Let us come together to support ,comfort and remind them that they are not alone.
May the soul of his son Tunde rest in peace.”
