Evening fire ravages actress Iyabo Oyo’s office in Lagos

Nollywood actress, Iyabo Ojo on Wednesday said her office in Lagos was ravaged by fire on Tuesday night.

In an Instagram post, the actress shared footage showing the extensive damage caused by the fire.

In the clip, thick smoke stains covered the walls, furniture, and staircase, while some properties were completely destroyed.

Ojo expressed gratitude to the Nigerian Fire Service for their swift response, which helped salvage part of the property.

The businesswoman also thanked her staff for their efforts and emphasised that no lives were lost in the incident.

“This just happened today the 8th of July 2025, around 7pm. My office building caught fire,” she wrote.

“Thank you to the Nigerian Fire service and my staff for salvaging what was left. Thankfully no lives were lost. The devil tested us today but God said no.

“With God on my side we will bounce back bigger and better.”

The cause of the fire remains unknown at this time.
