Ex-council chairman Tunde Oladunjiye is dead
A former chairman of the Ijebu East Local Government in Ogun State , Tunde Oladunjoye, is dead.
Oladunjoye, a journalist and former spokesman of the All Progressives Congress in the state, died in the United Kingdom, where he had been on sick bed.
His immediate family confirmed his passage.
He was the running mate of General Tunji Olurin (retd.) in the 2027 governorship election in Ogun State.
His reign as chairman of Ijebu East Local Government Area was tumultuous because of his political differences with the then governor, Gbenga Daniel.
