Gunmen abduct 11 in fresh terror attack on Kwara village

Gunmen have struck again in Kwara, this time, abducting, a pregnant woman, children, and nursing mothers.

The Vanguard reports that bandits launched a fresh attack on Isaiah Community  in the Ekiti Local Government Area of the state, abducting a total of 11 persons.

The Monday evening incident was said to have happened around 6pm when about  20 gunmen invaded the agrarian settlement with a large herd of cattle, shooting indiscriminately as residents fled.

1. “This is the worst attack we have seen in recent times. Seven members of the same family were taken. People are terrified. Eleven people just disappeared into the bush. We don’t know what tomorrow holds,” a resident said.
