Mimiko, Osuntokun, Elegushi, others present as Arisekola’s daughter weds

On Thursday, December 19, 2023, the grand ballroom of Oriental Hotel in Lekki, Lagos, came alive with giddy celebration as businessman and publisher of The Street Journal Newspaper, proudly gave out his beloved daughter, Segilola, in marriage to Samuel Osereme.

The bride is a United Kingdom-trained lawyer, while the groom is an accountant, who was also educated in the UK.

As the day unfolded, the atmosphere was filled with love and emotion.

Arisekola, who also serves as the National Chairman of the Association of Online Media Practitioners in Nigeria, expressed deep sentiments as he observed the transformation of his daughter from a cherished spinster into a bride, symbolising a new chapter in her life.

The proud father ensured that no detail was overlooked, sparing no expense in orchestrating a memorable and upscale event.

The wedding planning was entrusted to Funke Buknor’s Zapphaire Events, while a host of vendors were engaged to provide an array of sumptuous meals and premium drinks.

The entertainment was equally impressive, featuring performances from renowned artists including Laolu Gbenjo, Beejay Sax, fuji maestro, Saheed Osupa; DJ Kulet, and the talented chanter, Ajobiewe, all of whom created a delightful ambiance that enchanted attendees throughout the event.

The occasion was not only a family celebration but also a gathering of distinguished guests who honoured the Arisekola family with their presence.
