My child is back home, mother of missing Babcock varsity student announces

Ms. Fijabi Omotayo, mother of the alleged Babcock University missing undergraduate Oladipupo Siwajuola, has said her child is back home.
Recall that Omotayo had raised the alarm over the disappearance of her son in Facebook live video.
She said she dropped her son off at the university on Sunday, April 27, 2025, but had not been able to reach or locate him since then.
She appealed to the public and security agencies to assist in finding her son, saying her visit to the school yielded no concrete information on his whereabouts.
She had accused the University of withholding information regarding two students identified as Lampard and Tobiwho that she claimed were the last to see her son.
However, Omotayo said her child is back home on Facebook live on Sunday,
Joshua Suleiman, Babcock varsity spokesman confirmed the development.
Suleiman said the school is happy that the undergraduate is back home safe and sound.
He did not state where the student went to and how he was found.
Omotayo thanked Nigerians for their interests in ensuring that her child was found, saying, “Thank you all, I have found my son”.
