Obi loses polling unit to APC candidate

The All Progressives Congress has won the polling unit of former Anambra State Governor and 2023 Labour Party presidential candidate, Mr. Peter Obi, in Saturday’s governorship election.

The result, announced at Polling Unit 019, Agulu Ward 11, Anaocha Local Government Area, showed the APC candidate, Hon. Nicholas Ukachukwu, polling 73 votes, while the Labour Party’s George Moghalu came second with 57 votes. The All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) followed with 38 votes.
