Priscilla Ojo and Juma Jux, her husband, are celebrating their first wedding anniversary in a retro way.

In a post on their Instagram page, the couple recreate the iconic photos of Tupac Shakur, the late American rapper, and Janet Jackson from the 1990s.

The pictures of Tupac and Jackson were originally taken on the set of John Singleton’s 1993 film Poetic Justice.

In reimagining the shots, Priscilla and her husband reenacted all the poses from the famed photos, matching the sassiness and beauty.

“One year down, forever to go”, the caption of the post reads.

Pricilla and Juma Jux’s love story became public in July 2024, when they publicly announced their relationship on social media.

The duo tied the knot in an Islamic ceremony in Tanzania in February 2025.

Their traditional and white weddings were held in Lagos in April before wrapping up the festivities with a grand ceremony in Tanzania a month later.

The marriage is blessed with a baby boy named Rakeem.

His music blends R&B, Bongo Flava, and Afrobeats. His hit songs include ‘Enjoy’, ‘NitasubirI’, ‘Fashion Killer’, ‘Sugua’, ‘Juu’, and ‘Nidhibiti’.
