Teni, Flavour give electrifying performances as Tinubu hosts grand dinner for Super Falcons

The Federal Government hosted a spectacular Presidential dinner at the Transcorp Hilton, Abuja, on Monday night to celebrate the Super Falcons’ extraordinary 10th Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON) victory.

The event, presided over by President Bola Tinubu and First Lady Oluremi Tinubu, recognised the team’s heroic 3–2 comeback win against Morocco in the thrilling final held at Rabat’s Stade Olympique on July 26.

The evening sparkled with electrifying performances from Nigeria’s leading music stars.

Flavour’s soulful melodies set the tone, while Teni The Entertainer energized the crowd with a vibrant show that thrilled the champions and guests alike.

Timi Dakolo and Fido also delivered memorable performances, adding to the jubilant atmosphere as the nation paid tribute to its football heroines.

Earlier that day, the Super Falcons were formally welcomed at the Presidential Banquet Hall by the Tinubus, underscoring the national pride and recognition afforded to the team for their historic continental achievement.
