Tinubu again breezes into Lagos for 2024 the Eid-el-Kabir celebration

‘City Boy’ President Bola Tinubu has arrived in Lagos State from Abuja, the nation’s capital, ahead of the Eid-el-Kabir celebration.

The President is in his home state to spend the Sallah holidays with family, friends and associates.

The Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, along other top state functionaries, was at the Murtala Muhammed Airport in Lagos to welcome Tinubu.

The President had been in the state since last week, but went back to Abuja for June 12 Democracy Day celebrations.

Recall that the presidential spokesman, Ajuri Ngelale, had in a statement said the President would mark the occasion in prayers and reflection on advancing the transformation of Nigeria in line with his Renewed Hope Agenda.

The Federal Government had earlier declared Monday, June 17 and Tuesday, June 18, 2024, public holidays to mark this year’s Eid-el-Kabir.
