Nike unveils new Super Eagles jerseys [PHOTOS]

Nike, the sportswear giant, has unveiled the new Super Eagles jerseys for the 2026/2027 football season.

The team shared pictures of the new home and away jerseys on its X page on Monday.

The home jersey is a monochromatic play of green, with lemon colour as the base, while darker shades are in spikes down the sides and sleeves. It’s reminiscent of the Eagles’ kit to the 2014 World Cup in Russia and an even earlier version that was worn at the 2022 World Cup co-hosted by South Korea and Japan.

The away jersey is a beautiful design with a white base and green curly flames patterned into its sides and sleeves.

The Super Eagles are expected to wear the new kits at the forthcoming international friendly games. The team will be participating in a four-nation tourney alongside Iran, Jordan and Costa Rica.

The Super Eagles of Nigeria will face Iran in their first game on March 27, and play Jordan four days later.
