Meet 16-yeear-old Ekiti girl who scored highest 374 in 2026 UTME

Owoeye Daniella Jesudunsin, a 16-year-old indigene of Ekiti State, has emerged as the highest-scoring candidate in the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).

Daniella recorded an outstanding 372 out of 400 marks.

The feat was announced in the list of top-performing candidates released by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board during the 2026 Policy Meeting on Admissions to Tertiary Institutions held in Abuja on Monday

Daniella, who sat for the examination in Ogun State, is seeking admission to study Medicine and Surgery at the University of Lagos (UNILAG).

A breakdown of her result showed that the 16-year-old scored 98 in English Language, 98 in Chemistry, 94 in Physics and 82 in Biology.

Expectedly, Daniella’s latest academic feat has earned her truckload of congratulatory messages on various social media platforms including X formerly Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, others. (Source: NATION)
