President Bola Tinubu has assured Nigerians of his administration’s commitment to building a peaceful country where citizens can freely worship and pursue their aspirations without fear.
He added that the government would sustain efforts aimed at securing lives and creating opportunities for all.
The President gave the assurance in his Eid-el-Kabir message to Muslims in Nigeria and across the world, using the occasion to reaffirm his administration’s resolve to deepen investments in key sectors critical to national growth and stability.
“My administration remains committed to building a Nigeria where all citizens can live in peace, worship freely, and pursue their dreams without fear,” Tinubu said.
He said the festival remained a powerful reminder of the need for compassion, selflessness and national unity, irrespective of differences in ethnicity, race or religion.
The President congratulated Muslims on witnessing another Eid-el-Kabir celebration, describing the festival as one that embodies the values of faith, obedience and sacrifice as exemplified by Prophet Ibrahim.
