Abba Kyari, Oloyede, Okonjo-Iweala, others to get national honours [FULL LIST]

President Muhammadu Buhari has listed his late Chief of Staff, Abba Kyari among the 437 nominees for the 2022 National Honours Award.

Also on the national honours list is presidential spokesperson, Femi Adesina, the Registrar of the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB), Ishaq Oloyede, and the Director General of the World Trade Organisation (WTO), Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala.

The investiture is scheduled to hold on October 11 at the State House in Abuja.

A former Chief of Army Staff, Lieutenant General Ibrahim Attahiru, is among the list of 437 nominees for the National Honours Awards 2022.

In the list, theeditorial.ng observed that the title of Grand Commander of the Order of the Niger has five recipients; Commander of the Order of the Federal Republic, 54 awardees; Commander of the Order of the Niger, 67; Officer of the Order of the Federal Republic, 64; Officer of the Order of the Niger, 101; Member of the Order of the Federal Republic, 75; Member of the Order of the Niger, 56; and Federal Republic Medal has eight award recipients.
