Anyaso lacks electoral value, nobody in Bende takes him seriously – VC Bende LGA

The Vice Chairman of the Bende Local Government Area, Abia State, Chief Promise Uzoma Okoro, has dismissed what he called media rantings of the Deputy Governorship candidate of YPP Mr Chima Anyaso.

Okoro dismissed a statement credited to the YPP stalwart and described the man as a “Zero over thirteen” politician who lost his own polling unit in 2019.

Anyaso, who was a guest at Family Love FM, Umuahia, on Monday had described all the members of the PDP as “hungry people” and said he lost the Bende Federal Constituency seat in 2019 because of a gang up by the members of the party in Bende.

But reacting to the development, Okoro said the YPP candidate did not have anybody behind him.

He said, “Anyaso is a man ranting for his lack of strategy, miscalculation and non-possession of electoral value to win an election in a vast local government area like Bende.”
