The Senate has begun the screening of the seven ministerial nominees approved by President Muhammadu Buhari last week.
The nominees are Henry Ikoh (Abia State), Umana Umana (Akwa Ibom State), Ekumankama Nkama (Ebonyi State), Goodluck Opiah (Imo State), Umar El-Yakub (Kano State) Ademola Adegoroye (Ondo State) and Odum Udi (Rivers State).
Recall that Buhari, in a letter dated June 15, 2022, had sent the list of the seven ministers to the Senate for confirmation.
