I reject some movie roles because of my child – Ex-BBN Star, Bisola Aiyeola

Former Big Brother Naija star and actress, Bisola Aiyeola, say the fact that she has a child who models after her makes her conscious of the movie roles she accepts.

While speaking in an interview with Nollywire, she claimed that raising a child alone in Nigeria had not been without challenges.

She said, “I have a growing child and sometimes some of the roles you take can affect her positively or negatively. Especially because she is growing.

“You have other children around her who have different thoughts on what their parents do and so I have to be careful with some stories because I have to think that in the long run. Would it be a good look for my child?’”

The actress added that her journey in the industry was motivated by passion.

She claimed that a lot of people thought she just got into the industry but she had been around for years.

“I think I will always stay hungry for more and that’s what keeps pushing me,” she added.

In 2017, Bisola became the first runner up of Big Brother Naija and in 2018, she won the AMVCA Trailblazer Award at the 2018 Africa Magic Viewers Choice Awards.
