A former Coordinator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, Prof. Charles Dokubo, is dead.
Dokubo repotedly died at a hospital in Abuja on Wednesday night at the age of 70.
He died two years after he left the programme.
The professor of strategy was born in Abonnema, Akuku Toru Local Government Area of Rivers State on March 23, 1952.
He was a Research Professor at the Nigerian Institute of International Affairs in Lagos.
