The son of Minister of Information and Culture, Folajimi Mohammed, has lost his bid to return to the Lagos State House of Assembly for the third term.
Mohammed currently represents Ikeja State Constituency 1 in Assembly.
He lost to former Legislative Leader of Onigbongbo Local Council Development Area, Seyi Lawal.
At the primary election, Lawal polled 15 of the delegates votes while Folajimi could only muster nine votes.
Lawal was declared winner by the Electoral Committee Chairman, Mr Ewuoso Olamide, after the conclusion of the exercise.
