Police Inspector dies after suspected sex romp in hotel, lady friend on the run

A police inspector, Haruna Mohammed, has been in a hotel room in the Akute area of Ogun state, after allegedly engaging in a sexual romp with a yet-to-be-identified woman.

The woman, who arrived at Super G Royal Hotel, located on 11 Anthony Uzum Estate, Oyeyemi Akute, with the policeman around 1am on February 15, is currently on the run.

A police memo detailing the situation report, explained that the hotel manager, Deborah Adejobi, found their room unlocked around 8.52am.

When she checked inside, she discovered the officer’s lifeless body while the woman was nowhere to be found.

The hotel owner, Abiodun Olagunju, reported the case to the police.

According to the memo, the woman had earlier visited the reception at about 6am to request table water.

The police described Mohammed’s death as “unnatural.”

His body has been removed and deposited at Life Channel Mortuary in Olambe.
