A retired Deputy Superintendent of Police in Enugu state identified as Gamy Ugwu has been paraded by members of the community for allegedly molesting a mentally-ill girl in Enugu-Ezike in Igbo Eze North local government area of the state.
Chijinkem Ugwuanyi, a Facebook user who shared the incident on the platform on Monday, said the incident happened in Amufie community.
He also shared photos and video with the caption:
“A Retired Deputy Superintendent Of Police from Amufie named Gamy Ugwu was caught having affair with an imbecile Called Ugo Nwa Eke in Amufie Community.”
Members of the community, Eze Hillary Oluchukwu and Nnaemeka Omeh, also confirmed the incident on Sunday.
“The said man in the pictures r*ped/slept with a mad woman beside him. The man is a retired police officer in Umuopeke.” one said.
