Award-winning Barbadian songstress, Rihanna, has come through with ‘Born Again’, her latest single.

The ‘Man Down’ singer released the less than four-minute track — which is one of the soundtracks on the ‘Black Panther: Wakanda Forever’ movie — on Friday.

Written by The Dream, Rihanna uses her outstanding vocals to evoke passion with the song’s lyrics.

“I’d give my heart to this place/ I’d give my soul or whatever it takes, never run away/ I’ve got enough angels to storm the gates/ I’m not afraid/ And behold the brave, not have it no other away/ I miss the emergence and these moments of you,” she sings.

A few days ago, Rihanna came back from a six-year music hiatus with a track titled ‘Lift Me Up’.

‘Lift Me Up’ is a rather soulful ‘Black Panther’ inspired song that evokes deep feelings of transcendence.

Rihanna co-wrote ‘Lift Me Up’ with Tems, producer Ludwig Göransson, and director Ryan Coogler.

They wrote the single as a tribute to Chadwick Boseman, the Black Panther’ actor who died in 2020.

Rihanna recently spoke of the prospects of her music career — given her motherhood journey.

She said, “I’m looking at my next project completely differently from the way I had wanted to put it out before. I think this way suits me better, a lot better. It’s authentic, it’ll be fun for me, and it takes a lot of the pressure off.

“Still, I have businesses that aren’t going to run themselves. My mom handled the three of us with not even close to the amount of resources that I have, so I can absolutely do it. What it looks like? I’m not sure.”
