Shettima wades through flood in Maiduguri after heavy rainfall [VIDEO]
Vice President Kashim Shettima was on Monday filmed wading through dirty water in Maiduguri as Borno faces devastating floods.
The flood began when a dam overflowed after heavy rains, uprooting thousands of people.
Many residents have been displaced as Maiduguri was hit by the worst flood in 30 years.
