Genevieve returns to social media amid rumoured mental illness

Nollywood diva, Genevieve Nnaji, has returned to Instagram as she shared a video of herself painting on a canvass.

This comes amid unverified reports on the Internet alleging that the actress was hospitalised due to a mental illness.

Popular social media handle, Gistlover, had on Wednesday revealed that the actress was receiving treatment at an undisclosed hospital in the United States of America.

@Gistloversblog1 wrote, “Hello tueh tueh, please pray for Actress genevievennaji as this is a trying time for her .

“According to information reaching Vawulence headquarters, the actress is currently down with ment issue and currently taking treatment in Houston Texas, Genevieve has been admitted for psychosis in a hospital in Texas(Name withheld) she went Loco some months ago. They are hiding the info like say tomorrow no dey and we can’t help but tell her fans so they can put her in their prayers, fans has been questioning her weird attitude of recent on IG and the fans.”

The delectable actress, however, did not react to the allegations and simply shared a video of herself on her Instagram handle @genevievennaji.

The actress had recently deleted all her posts on her Instagram page, sparking concerns among her fans. This became noticeable on Monday and has left fans worried over her continuous social media silence.

Before she deleted all her photos on Instagram, the star actress had earlier unfollowed everyone on the social media app.
