PGF members pass vote of confidence in Uzodimma

No fewer than 18 governors on the platform of the Progressives Governors’ Forum (PGF) have passed a vote of confidence in their Chairman, Governor Hope Uzodimma of Imo State.
The governors took the decision on Friday after a closed-door meeting in Abuja, where they deliberated on party affairs, forthcoming primaries, and strategies to strengthen the APC ahead of the 2027 general election.
The forum also dismissed speculations of a leadership crisis within its ranks, insisting that Uzodimma remained the authentic chairman of the body.
